In mainland France, Corsica and other French coastal islands you can choose to have your order delivered by Mondial Relay, DPD home delivery or Chronopost express delivery.
For parcels over 25 kg, UPS home delivery is available.
In Europe, you can choose home delivery by Chronopost or DHL Express/ECO.
In Switzerland and the UK, you can choose delivery by Colissimo or DHL ECO.
For other countries, your order will be delivered by a reliable local carrier.

For all other destinations, please create a customer account and register your address to see the exact delivery cost for your order (please note that Chronopost rates in the EU are €19.99.).
For international deliveries outside Europe, the delivery charge does not include the administrative costs of export customs clearance. French VAT is not applied to the order, but the customs duties and VAT of your country will be charged upon receipt of the goods, as determined by the customs authorities.
The shipping address communicated to the carrier is considered final.
A change of address is possible but the extra charges incurred will be billed to the customer.
In fact, changing the shipping address genrally means changing the carrier and therefore additional management fees. These fees charged to the carrier will be billed to you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
